The Cham Cham - Coconut Paste and Satay Sauce 300ml
Just like what we offer at our street food stall, the Cham Cham. You can get the best of both worlds with the coconut sauce and satay sauce. A wicked combo together with any meat, veg or just topped over with some good ol' plain rice.
Eat Lah's Satay Sauce in a jar! Creamy, sweet, salty and crunchy, a delicious sauce perfect over some grilled vegetable and meat for a main meal or even as a dip for some prawn and fish chips.
You can add a few table spoon in a saucepan with some coconut milk and make a banging peanut curry sauce.

Pack with ginger, garlic, lemongrass and turmeric, is not only delicious, but it is also good for you. All your need to do is add water and simmer until it is nice and creamy, spoon over grilled vegetable or meat, served along with some rice and a dollop of our sambal will be a winning meal itself.
You can also use the paste as a marinade for your meat to make it even tastier!
Cooking Method (2 servings):
Spoon half a jar into a saucepan and add 150ml of water and simmer until thick. Serve warm.
