Kari Kambing (Curry Lamb) with Roti Jala
If you want something special and indulging for lunch or dinner then this Kari Kambing will hit the spot. The leg of lamb has been diced into chunks, marinade with a load of spice and seasoned, it's seared to golden perfection and then cooked until soft and tender in a rich and creamy coconut-based curry sauce.
The curry sauce packs a load of flavours from all the spices but also some bright flavours from kaffir lime leaves and tamarind. It's a balance of savoury, spicy, sweet and sour flavours.
The perfect companion to go with this curry dish is Roti Jala, a Malaysian savoury spiced pancake, you'll get the classic yellow Roti Jala made with turmeric powder and also blue ones made with from butterfly pea flower.
All your need to do is simply reheat the lamb straight from the bag either in a microwave or in a pan with a dash of water. The roti jala is also cooked, you can reheat it for a few seconds in the microwave or in an oven.
For that spicy kick, the box includes a jar of our home-made sambal belancan too!
To cut through the richness of the sauce, you'll also get a jar of our Asian cucumber pickles with chilli, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass.
The cooked meat will be packaged in a special thermal bag that can retain a cool temperature for 48 hours, ensuring that the meat stays fresh.

All the meat are vacuum-packed and then placed inside a thermal pouch with ice packs that will stay cool for 48hours. All our rice boxes with meat inside will be delivered only using 24hours delivery service.
