Each sambal is delicious in their own unique way, from the sambal oelek which we serve at our street food stall that has a real heaty kick, to a more powerful tasting sambal belacan with fermented shrimp paste to the sweet and spicy sambal nasi lemak cooked with dried anchovies perfect in a stir fry or just with simple coconut rice. 

The Eat Lah's homemade sambal sauce we have been serving on the street of London since the beginning. The sambal packs a spicy punch but also has a sweet tone from the bell peppers and tomatoes. As well as being yummy on the side of all kinds of dishes, throw a teaspoon into a stir fry to give that spicy kick. 

Homemade in small batches.
