The original sambal that we have been created to go with our Nasi Kerabu. The original version of sambal has the rich umami taste from the extra fermented shrimp paste (Belacan). As well as being yummy on the side of all kinds of dishes, throw a teaspoon into a stir fry or even as prawn cracker dip ( we are not judging here...) to give that spicy kick.
